What goes to the model provider
The subject and outline you type. Without them a book cannot be written. We do not use this data to train models and do not share it with anyone beyond the provider that produces the text. If personal data or confidential information appears in the subject, it becomes part of the order — which is why we advise against putting it there.
Where finished files live
On our servers, outside the web server's public directory. They are released by a controller that first checks whether the order is paid for and whether the requester is entitled to it. They have no publicly guessable addresses and are not indexed by search engines.
Access to the order page
Before payment, an order opens with a random key in the address — the same one emailed to you. There is nothing there beyond the outline and the choice of options, and the key cannot be guessed. After payment, access to files requires either signing in or knowing that key.
Passwords and sign-in
Passwords are stored only in hashed form, using an algorithm chosen by the framework and updated with it. Sign-in is rate-limited per login-and-IP pair, with a separate, higher limit on the address alone. Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator code is available.
Who we share data with
The payment provider, the language model provider, the email provider and the server infrastructure provider. Each receives only the data needed to do its job. The full list is in the privacy policy and changes together with it, not quietly.
How long we keep data
Account data — for as long as the account exists. Orders abandoned at the free-outline stage are deleted together with the email address given with them after thirty days, because we have no basis to keep them longer. Billing data — for the period required by tax law.
Deleting an account
An account is deleted from the panel, without writing to us. Once deleted, files are no longer available, so we recommend downloading them first. An export of all account data together with the finished books is available on request, as a ZIP archive.
