1. What Edulibro is
Edulibro is a made-to-order publishing service. From the subject, outline and options supplied by the customer, the service produces text with the help of a language model, typesets it into publication form, and makes the file available for download. The service is provided electronically, through a web browser.
2. Who may use it
The service is used by both consumers and businesses. An order can be placed without creating an account; an account is created automatically after payment, using the email address given at checkout, and serves for re-downloading files and for further orders.
3. How the content is produced
The content is produced by machine, with the help of a language model, from the data entered by the customer. It is neither written nor reviewed by a person before the file is released. This is also stated inside the publication itself, on the colophon page.
4. The nature of the publication
The publication is informational material. It does not constitute legal, medical, tax or financial advice and does not replace consulting a specialist. The customer is responsible for verifying the content before using it, particularly on matters governed by regulation.
5. Payment and prices
Each order is paid for once. The price is the sum of the items the customer selects and is shown in the summary before payment. Amounts are gross prices. Payments are handled by an external provider; the service does not store card details. An invoice bearing a VAT number is issued only if that number is supplied during checkout.
6. Rights and licence
The customer receives the right to use the publication within the licence purchased. The basic licence covers personal use. The commercial licence covers reselling the publication as the customer's own product, distributing it as marketing material, and using it in their business, courses and client materials. The customer remains responsible to third parties for how the content is used.
7. Withdrawal
The content is made to order and its preparation begins immediately after payment. Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun, which the consumer confirms before paying. The table of contents is provided free of charge beforehand precisely so that the decision is made with knowledge of the scope. If the file does not match the description of the service, we review each report individually.
8. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to order publications that infringe third-party rights, incite hatred, or misrepresent themselves as official or expert authorship, and to use the service for mass content generation aimed at manipulating search results.
9. Complaints, accounts and changes
Complaints are accepted by email and reviewed within fourteen days. An account may be deleted at any time from the panel; once deleted, files are no longer available, so we recommend downloading them beforehand. We announce material changes to these terms by email to the address on the account.
