Frequently asked questions

Answers to what people ask most — including the things we would rather not have to write.

What exactly do I get?

A typeset book as a PDF: cover, title page, colophon, numbered table of contents, and chapters with running heads plus the elements that organise the text — callouts, checklists, tables and pull quotes. EPUB and DOCX as well if you choose editable formats.

Who writes the text?

A language model, working from your subject, your chosen voice and the outline you arranged. It is not written by a human and we do not pretend otherwise — it says so in the colophon inside the file.

Does the content need checking before publication?

Yes, especially on legal, medical, financial and tax subjects. The model does not know your situation and does not know what changed in the rules last month. Treat the book as a strong first draft from a competent author, not as a specialist's opinion.

How many pages will the book have?

Short is roughly 18–28 pages, standard 30–55, extended 60–110. These are indicative: the page count depends on the subject and on how many tables and lists ended up in it. The DOCX page count will differ from the PDF because Word lays out differently — the content is the same.

How does DOCX differ from PDF?

The PDF is typeset for sending and printing — it looks the same everywhere. The DOCX exists so you can add or change something, so it uses paragraph styles rather than typesetting. If appearance matters, send the PDF.

Are there images in the book?

There is always a cover. Chapter opening images come with the “chapter illustrations” option. We do not insert stock photography or charts of your own data.

Can I sell the book?

Only with the commercial licence, which you add at checkout. It grants the right to resell, hand out as a lead magnet, and use in courses and company materials. Without it the book is for personal use. You remain responsible to third parties for how the content is used.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes. A company invoice can only be issued if you enter a VAT number during checkout — once the transaction closes, the rules no longer allow one to be issued with a number. Personal invoices are issued on request; write to us with your order number.

Can I withdraw from the purchase?

Production starts immediately after payment and the content is made to order, so the right of withdrawal does not apply once it has begun — you confirm this before paying. That is why the outline is shown beforehand and free of charge. If the file does not match the description of the service, write to us; we review every report.

How long does it take?

The outline takes under a minute. A finished book usually takes a few to fifteen minutes depending on length. You watch the progress chapter by chapter — no need to wait for an email to know something is happening.

Do I have to create an account?

Not before buying. We create one automatically after payment, using the address on the order — so you can download the files again in six months and so the next order does not mean typing everything again. You set the password yourself via “forgot password”.

What languages are books written in?

The book is written in the language you are using the site in — Polish or English. A version in the other language is ordered as a separate book.
