Who it's for
Material your client gets after the consultation
The first session ends with a list of recommendations nobody will remember. A guide sent straight afterwards turns them into something you can come back to on a Wednesday evening.
Recommendations fade faster than you would think
The client leaves the consultation with a plan and a sense that they understand everything. Three days later they remember half, and after a week they come back with a question that was answered in the room. That is not a matter of attention — it is how memory works after an hour of new information. Material that stays in writing moves the knowledge from the room to the home and cuts the number of questions between sessions.
Accessible voice
Second person, short sentences, an example in every section. Not to sound light, but so it can be read after work.
Checklists
Tick-lists and weekly steps — the format people actually reach for, unlike continuous prose.
Under your brand
Your colours and logo on the cover. With material that circulates between friends, that is the cheapest advertising available.
Why it works this way
What such material must never contain
Diagnosis, dosage, or advice for a specific person. The content is produced by machine, with no knowledge of the reader's health, and does not replace a consultation — and responsibility for what you send under your own logo sits with you. General material works as a supplement to a plan, never as a substitute for one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I include it in a paid package?
Yes, with the commercial licence. It covers use in client materials, including within paid work.
Is the content medically safe?
It is not medical advice and should not be treated as such. On health subjects the material needs particularly careful reading, and anything that sounds like advice for a specific person should be removed. The note about machine origin is inside every file.
Can I order material for a single client?
You can, but it is rarely worth it — general material serves everyone, and the individual parts belong in the plan, not the book.
