Who it's for
Material for participants, ready to print
The notes you hand out in the room and the handbook a participant takes home are the part of a training course remembered longest. They are also the part most often made the night before.
Why materials always come last
Because the trainer has the knowledge in their head and on slides, and the handout requires writing it out again in a different form — in full sentences, for someone who did not hear the talk. That is separate work, not a slide export, which is why it ends up at the bottom of the list. The result is often a deck of screenshots that is useless to the participant, because without the trainer's commentary a slide means nothing.
Course structure
You rearrange the outline to match the programme: a chapter per module, in the order you actually teach.
Checklists and steps
The typesetting draws tick-lists and step-by-step sequences — precisely what a participant looks for once back at their desk.
Ready to print
An A4 PDF comes out of any printer without settings, with page numbers you can refer people to from the front of the room.
In practice
The DOCX lets you add the agenda for a specific date
The handbook stays the same for a year, but every session has its own date, room and group. The editable version lets you add an agenda page, export to PDF on your side and print — without ordering the book again.
25–50
Pages in a typical handbook at standard length — the amount a participant will actually read.
Why it works this way
The material needs reading before you hand it out
You are running the training, so you are the expert in the room — and you are the one answering for every sentence in the material you handed out. The content is produced by machine and needs reading, especially where it touches regulation. Treat the file as a strong first draft from an assistant, not a finished handbook.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the material in a paid course?
Yes, with the commercial licence. It covers use in courses and client materials, including where the participant pays for access.
Can it match my programme exactly?
Yes — that is what the editable outline is for. Enter chapter titles matching your modules and briefly describe the scope of each. The author receives those descriptions as instructions.
How long does it take to prepare material for tomorrow?
The outline takes under a minute; a finished book usually a few to fifteen minutes. The time then goes into reading and corrections — and that is what decides whether you make it, not the file production.
