Who it's for
A lead magnet you do not have to write yourself
The campaign needs something to download, and that something needs three days of a copywriter. Edulibro shortens it to one evening: a subject, an outline you rearrange, a finished file in the client's colours.
Where the problem comes from
The lead magnet is usually the last thing blocking a campaign and the first thing postponed. Ads ready, landing page ready, sequence written — what is missing is the file someone is meant to leave an address for. Outsourcing it means a quote, a brief and a week of waiting; writing it yourself means an evening taken out of a week that is already short. The result is a campaign that launches with material thrown together at the last minute, or does not launch at all.
The client's colours, not ours
Cover, headings and footer in the colours and logo from the brand kit. The recipient gets the company's material, not something bought ready-made.
Commercial licence
Giving a file away for an email address is marketing use and needs the commercial licence — you add it at checkout and it is settled.
Several titles per campaign
A separate piece for each audience costs about what a few hours of work costs, so testing two versions stops being a budget decision.
Step by step
How this works in an agency
-
1
Set the client's brand kit
Three colours, a logo and a footer. You do it once before a batch of orders; the preview in the panel shows exactly what the file will look like.
-
2
Order the subject from the campaign
You type what is already in the brief: what it is about, who it is for, in what tone. The outline is free and you rearrange it to match the campaign structure.
-
3
Add the licence and formats
A commercial licence for handing it out, and editable formats if the client will want to add something of their own.
-
4
Pass the file on
The PDF is ready to put on a landing page without touch-ups. Files stay in the account library, so the second campaign for the same client starts from an existing base.
In practice
Testing two pieces instead of one
At the cost of three copywriter days you test one lead magnet, because a second is not worth it. At the cost of a few tens of złoty you test two — one for business owners, one for HR — and only then can you see which audience responds. That changes not so much the cost of production as what you can learn about the campaign.
2 days → 1 h
The distance from brief to a file you can put on a landing page.
Why it works this way
What it will not replace
Strategy, and knowing the client. Edulibro will write a book about what you give it — it will not work out that the client's audience does not care about the subject you typed. The material also needs reading before publication, because it is produced by machine. This is a production tool, not a substitute for the agency's thinking.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep separate colours for each client?
One brand kit per account. Agencies with several clients open an account per client or switch colours before each batch. If you need several at once, write to us — reports like that set the order of work.
Will the client be able to tell the material was machine-produced?
It says so on the colophon page inside the file, and that cannot be switched off. We think the recipient has a right to know, and the agency has a right to know it is there before sending the file on.
Will I get an invoice for the agency?
Yes, provided you enter a VAT number during checkout. Once the transaction closes, the rules no longer allow an invoice to be issued with a number, so that is the only moment it can be done.
