Who it's for
Internal material without the quarterly cycle
Onboarding a new person, describing a process, briefing the sales team — things needed this week that sit in the plan for next quarter.
Why internal material never gets written
Not because nobody wants it. Because writing it is a task with no owner: the department that needs it has no time, and the department with time has no knowledge. It returns in every quarterly plan and drops out at the first urgent thing. A year later the new hire still learns from a colleague at the next desk, and knowledge of the process lives in three heads.
An outline for your process
You rearrange the chapters to match how the work actually runs at your company, before paying anything.
Editable version
The DOCX lets you add the names of your own tools, people and exceptions — the things a model has no way of knowing.
No subscription
You pay for material when it is needed. There is no recurring charge to justify at the next budget review.
Why it works this way
The model does not know your company
It will write good material about how the process runs in a typical organisation. It will not write that in your case a different person signs off, that one tool was replaced last year, and that legal has its own exception. That is why the editable version is not an add-on but the right way to use this: you get eighty per cent of the text and add what is different at your place.
Frequently asked questions
Does internal material need the commercial licence?
No. Use inside your own organisation falls under the basic licence. The commercial one is needed for resale, giving away for email addresses, and client materials.
Is the data I type into the subject safe?
The subject and outline go to the language model provider, because that is what produces the text from them. We do not use them to train models. Do not, however, put there anything you would not pass outside — client names, personal data, confidential figures.
Can I order several pieces at once?
Yes, each as a separate order. They all land in one account library, so the team has them in one place.
